Great grip trainer for daily workouts
The resistance adjustment is easy to use and the trainer feels comfortable in my hand. I have been using it regularly during my workouts and it is convenient to keep at home.

Simple and easy to adjust
I like that I can change the resistance without needing different equipment. The size is compact and it feels solid enough for regular use.

Good addition to my workout routine
Convenient little trainer that I can use while working or watching TV. The adjustable resistance makes it easy to start lighter and increase it gradually.
